How Vehicle Processing Works at the Terminal

1. Vehicle arrival: the freight vehicle enters the terminal, is registered in the system, receives an assigned responsible manager, and is placed in the parking area.
2. Document processing: accompanying cargo documents are checked, the customs declaration is prepared, and advice is provided on the optimal clearance procedure.
3. Customs procedures and control: customs clearance is completed directly at the terminal. Veterinary and/or phytosanitary control is carried out when required.
4. Warehouse operations: cargo can be placed in the covered customs warehouse, open storage area, or container yard.
5. Completion: cargo release is approved, onward transport is prepared, and accompanying documents are issued.

Average processing time: from 2 to 8 hours, depending on the cargo type and procedural complexity.
